In the Middle of My Little Mess.....I AM SO BLESSED!!! Things Could Always Be Worse!!

Let me just say....that I am SO BLESSED!  My God takes care of me and provides for me in every situation.  Philippians 4:19 says, "But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus."  Read it and believe it!  This is my father-in-law's favorite verse.  It is ever so true.
I am currently in Michigan visiting family and my travel to get here was, to say the least, a bit stressful.  It started off great.  I was dropped off at Jacksonville Airport and had a nice experience with my first flight into Detroit.  Then the MESS began.  As I hurried to get to my connection, on and off the tram, over two Concourses, I was dying to go the bathroom and pretty starving.  It was after 9:00 pm.  The connection was said to board at 8:55pm for a 9:30pm departure...so I was HIGH TAILING IT!!  I found the gate and rested for a second.  I saw that I had a few minutes, so I went to the restroom.  I got back to the gate and the time of departure changed to 9:48.  Ok, I thought, no biggie. Only a little bit behind.  I texted my mom and niece who were headed to Flint to pick me up.  The rest is a pretty LONG story....the 18 minute flight from Detroit to Flint, turned out to be 4 hours of waiting and unknowing.  My mom and niece had to come to Detroit and get me, Delta cancelled the flight due to mechanical problems.  So....here is where I give the credit to God.  I was praying, my family was praying, that all would be ok.  I sat on the plane, on the runway, for over 2 hours before they decided to cancel it.  What would have happened if we would have taken off?  God was providing for me, protecting me.  I also had a pretty positive outlook compared to many other enraged passengers.  I was very happy that I was not travelling with my 2 small children and that in many ways...this could have been worse.  Always remember....in our own little messes...we are so blessed!  God is Good ALL THE TIME!!
BLESSINGS!
